It seems like there are a lot of different workout videos coming out lately. The real question is which one do you want? Well, we all know what the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders look like. Wouldn't you like to look like that too? Granted I can't promise you that, but they have given us videos with their workouts for us to try to get there.

Just like in the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Power Squad Bod! - Calorie Blasting Dance, you can customize workouts in Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Hard Body Boot Camp. So if you want to work on a particular segment, you can do it more often. Or if you want to leave something out, like lunges if you have bad knees, you can do so quite easily. They have it pre-divided into low impact and high impact also, so if you don't want to customize your own, you can choose one of those. You can also decide to play them all together for a very long and intense workout!

It's not an easy workout. The drill sergeant (literally) does tell you to follow different girls based on how expert you are on it, because the more advanced ones make the moves just a little harder, but it's still hard following the beginner. Don't get discouraged by the warm-up though, if you'll notice even they were breathing hard after it. The low impact isn't going to kill you aerobically, but it is going to be very hard on your muscles, especially if you don't exercise a lot. The high impact workout is much more difficult aerobically and will burn your muscles as well. Once again they have a beginning, intermediate, and expert person to watch, and they do a really good job of making sure you can see each of them most of the time so you know what to do. The "beginner" still isn't easy, but it is easier on the muscles. The aerobic workout is pretty much the same for all of them, though.

Bonus features has a breakdown of the exercises, so if you're having trouble with some of them, you might want to check it out and get them all exactly right. If you do exercises wrong, you could really damage yourself, so make sure you're doing the moves right! There's also an Ab workout in the special features, and it is different from the one on the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Power Squad Bod! - Calorie Blasting Dance. There's also an additional arms exercise, which we all know we need! It's a really good workout for getting rid of that arm flab that we all hate so much! Still more, there's an introduction to yoga that gives you a good preview of what you'll be getting in Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Body Slimming Yoga. It's a pretty long yoga session too. If you're new to yoga, you might want to get used to this introduction before attempting the whole yoga video. Yoga is definitely not as easy as it looks! In the audio setup, you can change your options. Now you might be asking yourself why would I want to do this. You can choose to play with the Instructor talking and music, or with instructor only or music only. It can be quite helpful to turn off the music when you're first starting so you're not distracted by it. It's also nice to be able to turn off the instructor when you know the routines so well that you just don't want to hear him talking anymore!

Overall, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Hard Body Boot Camp is my favorite of the three. It's really a very good workout that you don't get bored of quickly. If you're looking for the best aerobic exercise, I recommend this one!
