Paramount's 1957 release of Funny Face was the musical that would spiral Audrey Hepburn into stardom. Her stylish, charming beauty was showcased as she was "discovered" by magazine photographer Fred Astaire in a dowdy Greenwich Village bookshop. The story is delightful and enchanting as their love blossoms in the fashion corridor and countryside of Paris.

Dance and couturier design glam up the plot as Hepburn's "Funny Face" takes center stage in the magazine's Paris collection. The film was nominated for four Academy Awards: Best Art Director, Best Set Decorator, Best Choreography, and, of course, Best Costume Design by Givenchy and Edith Head. Supporting actors were Kay Thompson, Michael Auclair, Robert Flemyng with music by George & Ira Gershwin. Special features include The Fashion Designer and His Muse photographically highlights scenes from Hepburn's career and style; Parisian Dreams excerpts song and dance numbers performed on the background of Parisian skies; Paramount in the '50s (Retrospective Featurette) highlighting movies of the day; Photo Gallery displaying Givenchy and Head's designs, and the Theatrical Trailer. Special songs performed were "How Long Has This Been Going On;" "Let's Kiss and Make Up;" "He Loves and She Loves;" plus Hepburn's masterful rendition of "Basal Metabolism;" and the title song "I Love Your Funny Face."

Audrey Hepburn became the beloved idol of millions as she wove her coquettish personality into our hearts. This timeless 50th Anniversary Edition of Funny Face is both entertaining and romantic and offers fun for the entire family.
