Of course, he isn't really allowed to settle down. Just as he starts to get into the family life, he finds himself trapped in the middle of a gang-based drug war, and Nick's normal brand of brute force, in-your-face justice doesn't do the trick in the middle of the city. As the various participants in a high-profile drug lord case get picked off, Nick must take his girlfriend and her daughter away and keep them safe.
When it comes down to it, Walking Tall: Lone Justice is one of those mindless action movies where you have to just sit down and turn off the brain. Enjoy the hand-to-hand combat and shooting and Sorbo brings his various enemies to justice.
While the last two movies haven't really followed the plot or characters of the original film (starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson), it definitely follows the series' theme and general feel. It's all about one man throwing himself in the middle of a group of baddies and using his secret military training to take out dozens of guys with guns. Like I said, what more could you want out of a mindless action flick?
Well, hopefully, you don't want anything more because the DVD doesn't have any special features. Basically, pick up Lone Justice if you are a massive Kevin Sorbo fan or you have liked the previous films in this series, or quite frankly, if you want a movie where you just want to turn off your brain and see some violence. Otherwise, pass this film up, it isn't for you.
